As an instructional leader with a range of experiences in both the public and independent sectors, I am a passionate advocate for shaping learning communities that provide an engaging, innovative, and effective educational experience for all constituents. Driven by partnering with stakeholders to advance tailored learning experiences, I fervently strive to leverage capacity-building, creativity, and goal-setting among teams to foster leadership through the use of a multitude of rich data sets, authentic partnerships, and reflective practices, policies, and aligned organizational structures. It is my goal to create and maintain meaningful instructional experiences resulting in each learner feeling safe, supported, and successful, leading them to surpass their individual and team goals.
